Question of the Month: April 14th, 2020.

What has been helping you feel better during this difficult global time? 

Recently I tried some Tai Chi videos on Youtube and that had a huge effect on my mood and stress levels. I’ve also been drawing more, sitting in my backyard on sunny days, and getting lost in the new Animal Crossing. What’s been working for you? 🙂

    Unfortunately, no amount of phoning people helps with my touch deprivation … drawbacks of living alone. However, I am on the phone a lot more than usual.
    Otherwise, I’m actually pretty busy work-wise. After doing overtime thanks to someone else being quarantined in the pharmacy, I’m currently happy with less hours and more space for my freelance editing.
    I’m going on walks a lot more than usual.
    My only drawback is that I’m missing mental energy for my own new projected novel. Hopefully that will level out soon.

    Taking my bicycle and just… Going until my legs grow tired and then being able to sleep.

    Skin hunger isn’t so easily solved.
