Every Friday, we will share links to news, blogs, and anything else we find interesting.  We can’t catch everything, so you are invited to self-promote in the comments!

Everything’s A-Okay is a new video series about asexuality.

The Notes Which Do Not Fit writes about the relationship escalator in fiction.

The Trail We Blaze writes about intimacy scales.

The Ace Theist works on differentiating types of attraction.

Fistfelt writes about their experience as an asexual who has sex.

Swankivy writes about potential causes for disbelief in asexuality.

About queenieofaces

QueenieOfAces is a graduate student in the U.S. studying Japanese religion. She is a queer asexual. She also blogs over at Concept Awesome and runs Resources for Ace Survivors. She is never quite sure what to write in these introduction things, but this one time she accidentally got a short story on asexuality published in an erotica magazine.

Note for those who usually skip video series because of lack of closed captioning: it’s actually present on the A-Okay series! Pleasant surprise, that.

Also, I don’t know if you encountered the “Allies Pilot” project/kickstarter, but since it wasn’t funded the creator has started to write the story of the ace character, Jenny Running Crane, as a ya novel, with updates at jennyrunningcrane.tumblr.com. They said they’re doing this partially because of the warm response of the ace community to the pilot project, so, I think it would be good to support the novel-writing project.
