Do you have a favorite savory food?
I’ll have you know that southern Germany and Alsace know recipes for onion pies.
They are, however, not a particular favorite of mine, given the usual results of too much onion.
Otherwise: too many to name, with a heavy leaning towards Italian cuisine.
Beef jerky, maybe. Or fish and chips, with lots of malt vinegar.
